If the Valor Kick Scooter is loosening or not staying together, please ensure that the safety push buttons are locked into place and the clamps are tightened.

What do I do if I cannot unlock the clamps of my Valor Kick Scooter?

If the clamps of the Valor Kick Scooter will not unlock, please ensure that you are fully pressing down on the blue locks before lifting the clamps.

What do I do if the sleeve of my Valor Kick Scooter is loose?

If the sleeve of the Valor Kick Scooter is loose, please rotate the sleeve clockwise to tighten it. Slide the orange latch down so it goes over the gear teeth. Rotate the sleeve one more time to make sure it is properly tightened.

How can I unscrew the sleeve on my Valor Kick Scooter?

To unscrew the sleeve of the Valor Kick Scooter, slide up the orange latch so it is clear of the gear teeth. Rotate the sleeve counterclockwise to loosen it.

What do I do if the rear wheel of my Valor Kick Scooter is not folding?

If the rear wheel is not folding, please press the push button in, fold the rear wheel back underneath the deck and make sure it clicks into place.

What do I do if I'm having difficulty pushing in the metal push button?

Use the secret tool on the base of the handlebar to push in the metal buttons to make your transformation easier.

How do I store my Valor Kick Scooter?

Clean the Valor Kick Scooter before folding to make sure that there is nothing interfering with the joints. Carefully wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth and dry using a dry cloth. Store the scooter in a cool, dry area and keep it away from fire and excessive heat.

Please note: Avoid using water or cleaning agents on the scooter, especially near adhesive-backed stickers, as this may cause corrosion.

Which parts can I replace from my Valor Kick Scooter?

You can replace the wheels and the bearing of the scooter. To replace the wheels on your Valor Kick Scooter, please follow these steps:

  • Use a pair of 5mm Allen keys
  • Remove the screw (#1087) and binding barrel (#1111 front, #1112 rear)
  • Replace the wheel with a 76 mm diameter wheel of recommended 85A hardness.
  • Bearing should be replaced with a high quality 608ZZ scooter or skateboard Bearing.
